Shipping & Delivery
DARKAI ships worldwide with premium selected courier partners to keep your new piece safe and timely on delivery. Depending on the value, volume and destination of your purchase, we will select the best courier option among DHL Express, FedEx and UPS.
- Shipments to USA, EU, UK are free on all orders;
- Worldwide shipments are free on all orders above €400;
For orders below €400:
- €10 to: Albania, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, San Marino, Vatican City, Norway;
- €25 to: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico;
- €35 to: Other areas.
National Express shipments take 1-2 days for delivery; deliveries within UE generally take 2-3 business days; Extra UE shipments are commonly delivered within 5-6 business days. A Shipment Confirmation email containing the Tracking N. and Link is processed and sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched from our headquarters. Please allow us some extra days during holidays as couriers may face slight delays due to hub congestions.
Please be aware that we are currently not able to deliver your order if you are located in one of the following countries:IRAN, RUSSIA, NORTH KOREA, TURKEY, SYRIA, SUDAN
* All our shipments are DAD (Delivered at Door), please be aware that DARKAI is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments depending on your country's customs policies.
* Note that some countries may require additional information from the importer (You) at time of custom clearance. Should that be the case we will be in touch via email to request the necessary information/documentation to proceed.
