Returns & Exchanges
DARKAI guarantees the highest level of care and quality control before processing and preparing your order. While being extremely confident that you will love your new DARKAI item, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your order with no further information required to justify the reason of the return. Any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. You must return the item in unused condition with the original packaging, tags and the order confirmation/invoice. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product received is faulty. Please retain the proof of posting from the courier when you are returning the goods.
As per our Warranty Policy, you are entitled to Free of Charge (+ Shipping) repair or replacement of your DARKAI piece should it be subject to major production faults or material defects. Unwanted purchases/gifts, wrong sizing, improper use, usure or loss of your jewelry will not be acceptable reasons for returns, refunds or exchanges past the 14th day from delivery. Note that returns and exchanges of custom products/tailored orders are never accepted.
To initiate your return or exchange process please send an email to email@example.com. Make sure to state your order number in the subject, confirm your name and surname and list the item(s) you wish to return. Once you receive the confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below, mentioning the Order N. that is being returned in the WayBill along with the Tracking N. via email (as reply to the Return Confirmation email).

Note that national postal services are to be avoided - we recommend you to ship your return via DHL, UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to DARKAI. We will process the return as soon as the parcel is delivered to us.
You will be notified on the status of your refund soon after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 15 business days from return approval. Depending on your bank's policies, you will receive the credit in a few days. Please note that we will not refund the return shipping fee unless the product received is faulty. Note that we will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any other charges that may occur for shipments outside the EU, including duties and taxes that DARKAI may face when importing the product back as return from your country.
