What is the jewelry made of?

DARKAI traditionally crafts its pieces in Vicenza (IT) in many different metal-stone combinations.

Fashion Jewelry: 18k Gold/Rhodium plated Stainless Steel and/or Brass with 5A+ Cubic Zirconia.

Fine Jewelry: Solid 18k yellow/white/rose gold with VS1 G-H diamonds and precious stones.

Demi-fine Jewelry: Solid 18k yellow/white/rose gold plated 925 Silver with VVS Moissanite diamonds.

Bespoke 1/1: Crafted per request - Composition based on preferences/budget of the client.

All details regarding composition, plating, finishing are provided for each collection we offer on our e-shop and at our selected stockists.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Each DARKAI item requires special care to keep its integrity and shininess throughout time. Our jewelry contains both precious and semi-precious metals and stones. Each item is subject to many different finishings, coatings, crafting techniques and features that set each and every piece apart from the others. No piece is exactly as the next, making of your DARKAI item a 1/1.

As a result, we strongly encourage you to follow our general and specific care instructions listed in our Product Care section.

Do you offer warranty?

DARKAI offers a full one-year warranty on all faulty products resulting from defective production processes or materials. Note that each defected product request has to be accompanied by visual reference and proof of fault/flaw/imperfection. Our Quality Control team will examine your request and guide you throughout the process of repair/replacement.

Please note that we are not to be held responsible for problems caused by non-observing/ignoring the product care practices and hints mentioned in our Product Care section. All faults and damages not directly attributable to production/craftmanship/components defects will not be covered.

Do you have a physical store?

We currently only have our DARKAI headquarters showroom and store in Zanè (VI) - shop on appointment only. Note that if you wish to view our collections and do a try-on before purchasing one of our pieces, you may find the list of all our national/international stockists on the Stockists section of our website.

How do I find the right size for me?

We carefully elaborated a size guide for your use and reference when selecting the size of your ring or bracelet. We also added basic try-on designs to have further insights on the length and fit of our necklaces and pendants.

Before finalising any purchase, we invite you to consult our Size Guide to identify the right fit for you.

Do you ship in my country?

DARKAI ships worldwide only with premium selected courier services to keep your new piece safe and timely on delivery. Depending on the value, volume and destination of your purchase, we will select the best courier option among DHL Express, FedEx and UPS.

Unfortunately we are currently not able to deliver your order if you are located in one of the following countries: IRAN, RUSSIA, NORTH KOREA, SYRIA, SUDAN

Note that some countries may require additional information from the importer (you) at time of custom clearance. Should that be the case we will be in touch via email to request the necessary information/documentation to proceed.

Is shipping free? How long does it take?

DARKAI ships worldwide with premium selected courier services among which DHL, FedEx or UPS, base on the value, volume and destination of your order.

Our Worldwide Express shipping is free on all orders above €400.

National Express shipments take 1-2 days fro delivery; deliveries within UE generally take 2-3 business days; Extra UE shipments are commonly delivered within 5-6 business days. Please allow us some extra days during holidays as couriers may face slight delays due to hub congestions.

Note that all our shipments are DAD (Delivered at Door), please be aware that DARKAI is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments depending on your country's customs policies.

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

Please consult our Returns & Exchanges for thorough information on the matter.

Legal Terms establish that each online consumer has the the right to return the purchase, with no further explanations, within and not over 14 days from the date of delivery. DARKAI reserves all the rights after the 14th day from delivery to not accept returns, process refunds or exchanges.

As per our Warranty Policy, you are entitled to Free of Charge (+ Shipping) repair or replacement of your DARKAI piece should it be subject to major production faults or material defects. Unwanted purchases/gifts, wrong sizing, improper use, usure or loss of your jewelry will not be acceptable reasons for returns, refunds or exchanges. Note that returns and exchanges of custom orders are never accepted.

Can I place a custom order?

DARKAI offers Bespoke 1/1, custom tailored solutions based on specific requests made by the client. All relevant information concerning the creation and development of custom catered products are included in our Custom Projects section.

Note that we are able to craft your unique object in any precious/semi-precious metal and gemstone combination according to your budget and design preferences/requests. Final pricing is provided once the sketch is drafted and approved by the client.

Please be aware that DARKAI reserves the option to request a fixed initial deposit to start drafting your idea for approval. Once all details are defined and the project + quotation are accepted, the deposit will be deducted from the final amount due at delivery.
