The Diana Pearls necklace pairs a strand of 5mm white faux pearls with an oversize gothic cross in 18kt white gold plated metal. The cross holds hand-set princess-cut ruby red stones, its edges and clasp adorned with a micropavé of brilliant-cut white stones. Lobster clasp with logo.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking link.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all original tags and packaging. Returns are free on order over 450€.

Do you ship worldwide?

DARKAI ships worldwide with premium courier partners to keep your new piece safe and timely on delivery. Please be aware that we are currently unable to deliver to the following countries:

UKRAINE, IRAN, RUSSIA, NORTH KOREA, TURKEY, SYRIA, SUDAN

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We offer express shipping on all our orders via UPS, DHL, FedEx and other premium couriers. Deliveries within the EU generally take 2–3 business days, and shipments outside the EU are commonly delivered within 5–6 business days. Please allow us some extra days during holidays as couriers may face slight delays due to hub congestions.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY?

DARKAI offers a full one-year warranty on Fashion Jewelry and a lifetime warranty on Fine Jewelry, covering all faults resulting from defective production processes or materials. Note that each warranty request has to be accompanied by visual reference and proof of fault/flaw/imperfection. Our Quality Control team will examine your request and guide you throughout the process of repair/replacement. 

Please note that we are not to be held responsible for problems caused by ignoring the product care practices mentioned in our Product Care section. All faults and damages not directly attributable to production defects will not be covered.

CAN I USE THE JEWELS IN WATER?

Yes, brief contact with water won't harm your jewel. To maintain the original look of your jewel make sure to rinse it with running water and pat it dry to make sure that harmful substances like chlorine, salt, soap or sweat are washed away.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWEL?

Each DARKAI item requires special care to keep its integrity and shininess throughout time. Our jewelry contains both precious and semi-precious metals and stones and with each metal based product, it is important to have good care. You can clean your jewels with running water and gentle soap with a soft toothbrush or a soft cloth. Pat dry your jewel once cleaned.

Brothers and co-founders Lelio and Giacomo certainly don’t think so. 5th generation jewelers, raised among goldsmiths, gemstones and heavy machinery in Vicenza - Italy, decided to bend the rules instead of following them.
