Custom Projects

For all custom & tailor made requests reach out at sales@darkai-lab.com. Please provide as many details as possible including design ideas/input, visual references, dimensions (if known), composition, plating, available budget. Any input would assist our designer in elaborating the best design/custom proposal.

 

STEPS

001 - SKETCH
Free hand drafting of possible designs based on provided visual reference, requests, preferences and indications.

002 - APPROVAL
Designs are submitted to the client for review, edits and approval. Price quotation is made. Deposit is needed upon approval

003 - CAD
Once design is confirmed we move to 3D prototyping and CAD designing. Final CAD design is subject to approval.

004 - WAX
Wax is printed based on the final 3D design. Minor corrections to wax model might be needed before moving forward.

005 - CAST
The wax model is now ready for metal casting. The metal item is then crafted and hand refined to perfection.

006 - SET
Diamonds and/or stones are individually set by hand and the item undergoes final minor corrections and polishing.

007 - FINISH
The polished item is ready for plating and e-coating. Enamels, laser engravings and final finishings occur at this stage.
